Returns

• Goods must be sent in original packaging with all pieces intact and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of goods. No re-stocking fees will be charged.
• If a free item was received as part of the merchandise and is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
• Items in our clearance centre are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Once returned goods are inspected and it is determined that the goods have not been used or washed, a refund will be given less original shipping and 10% for other handling costs.  If you received free shipping on your original order, we will deduct from your refund the actual shipping costs to send your original order. You are responsible for  return freight charges.  Goods must be returned by Post Mail and not by courier. 
• Before returning merchandise, please obtain return authorization by contacting us at info@dressupthenursery.com. Any goods returned without prior authorization will be refused.
• Allow 7-14 working days for your refund to show on your credit card statement.

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be billed for shipping and handling charges incurred by Dress Up the Nursery.
