Shipping & Handling
We try our very best to process your order as quickly as possible. Your order will leave our warehouse in 5-10 working days from date of order and should arrive at your doorstep one week later. If we experience a shipping delay longer than 2 weeks, we will notify you via email. In a situation where your “Due Date” is just around the corner, let us know and we will do what we can to get your order out sooner. Or, if you wish for us to ship your order via expedited service, please contact us by phone before placing your order. We ship only to a residential or business address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Freight for orders to the non-continental USA such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, will be quoted before shipping.
We welcome any orders from countries other than Canada or the US. Freight charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the shipping container and the shipping destination.
