- What if I don’t want all four pieces in the bedding set?
- No problem – all of the bedding pieces are available individually.
- How do I wash my bedding pieces?
- To keep your bedding looking like new, we recommend you machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and then lay flat to dry. Do not overload your machines and do not use fabric softener. Our crib and cradle sheets can be put in the dryer on low heat.
- Why does it take 2 weeks to get my order out?
- We try to keep some stock on hand but prefer to have your product made up “special” for you. That way you are always guaranteed to have current dyelots.
- When are the charges put on my credit card?
- The charges are applied to your card as soon as you’ve confirmed your order.
- Can I return something if I don’t like it?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns. Please visit our “Returns” section for all the important info related to this topic.
- How accurate are the fabric colors on your website?
- Because monitor quality differs, we strongly advise that you order free swatches to confirm the colors before placing your order. You may order swatches for 1 or 2 bedding sets at no charge. To access the order form, simply click on the “Crib Bedding” tab of the Home Page, then click on the bedding sets you are interested in. Near the bottom of the page, images of the fabrics are shown – follow the link under the swatches.
